Inter School Debate  Competition 2018 at Confluence School Udham Singh Nager Rudrapur was organised in which out of 10 schools participated inspiration school stood first in senior category in Hindi debate. The topic for the debate was Ancient medical science was better than the modern medical Science. Aniket Pant was declared as the best speaker of the event. The debate team was comprised of Aniket Pant Class XI-B, Harshit Sharma IX-C and Priyansh S Chauhan XI-D and they prepared under the vigilant guidance of their mentor Ms. Nisha Kandpal. In the Junior category for English Debate, Adishree Mathur VIII-A was awarded the commendable speaker's trophy
