Description:
“There is no garden as beautiful as childhood.”
November 14 is celebrated as Children’s Day or Bal Diwas every year to increase awareness of the rights, care and education of children. This special day is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of India’s first Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, who believed that children are like buds in a garden and should be carefully and lovingly nurtured as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow.
Inspiration Senior Secondary School celebrated a day marking childhood on a virtual platform. A variety of fun-filled activities were arranged for classes Nursery – VIII. The tiny tots of Pre Primary and Primary enjoyed the games like Baby Picture Match, Scavenger Hunt, Spin the Wheel, Guess me! The Winning Game (a puzzle) to name a few. Games and activities such as Crack the Code, Intelligence Hoax, Bollybubble and Mystery Ride were organized for the middle-wing children.
Teachers stepped into the shoes of children and conducted an assembly right from saying a thought, a speech and a poem. A dance was performed by Ms Ayushi Kanwal, Ms Neeru Goel & Ms Nikita Khatri and a chorus was sung by the teachers to exhibit their love and affection for the students. The children enjoyed the day thoroughly and thanked their teachers for making them feel special.
