Description:
Inspiration Senior Secondary School, Kathgodam witnessed the celebration of 74th Republic Day on 26th January, 2023. Students, faculty members and the whole staff was filled with a feeling of patriotism and National pride. The celebration began with the lamp lighting, followed by the flag hoisting done by Respected Principal Mr. Anurag Mathur and Vice Principal Ms Mamta Taneja. Shortly after unfurling our national flag, National anthem was played which was sung by everyone present there with full of zest and zeal. Later, respected Principal Sir delivered a speech in which he highlighted the importance of the Constitution and its unique features. He also gave an insight on the various accomplishments achieved by our nation and motivated the students to bring laurels to the school and to the country. Later, many patriotic programmes were held for which anchoring was done by Naman Singh Kathayat and Akanksha Pant of Class 8 and Swayam Arora and Ifra Mudassir of Class 9. The events began with the Dance Medley of students of Class Nursery to 5. The kids were very enthusiastic in their performance giving a glimpse of the diversity in unity of the nation. Shortly after this, a patriotic speech was delivered by Ved Palariya further followed by a fully energetic Hindi poem recited by Hassan Khan and Prateeti Sah of Class 8 and 9 respectively. Last but not the least, a melodious group song was performed by the choir group which showcased the valour of our brave soldiers and filled all of us with nationalism. The program ended with the closing speech of revered Principal Sir who gave us all a message to create a great nation through our collective efforts. With this, the magnificent programme came to an end and the sweets got distributed among all the teachers as well as the students.
