Description:
An Awareness Programme for girls of class VI – XII was conducted in school by women police department, Haldwani. Sub Inspector Ms. Vijaya , Sub Inspector Ms. Lata bisht & Constable Ms. Sushila visited the school to tell about a 24 hour women’s helpline where ladies/girls can call in case of any trouble.
Ms. Sushila explained the benefit of these numbers. Ms. Lata Bisht explained about the good & bad touch & told that a mother is the best friend of children & all children especially girls must share everything with their mothers.
Ms. Vijaya then summarized all information & made the children memorize the helpline numbers.
