Description: Scholastic and co-scholastic activities have equal importance in a school programme for the all-around development of the child. Keeping this in view, we at Inspiration Public School conducted the Fancy Dress Competition for the children of Classes Nursery to II. The purpose of conducting the competition was not only learning but also developing confidence in the students by allowing them to present themselves in front of others.
Children were dressed up in their colourful costumes and spoke a few sentences on the character that they depicted. The effort and hard work of the children were highly commendable.
Students displayed their talents on the theme ‘Freedom Fighters. They dressed up like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Rani Laxmi Bai, Indira Gandhi, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Lal Bahadur Shastri etc and emphasized their contribution towards our country with the beautiful slogans.
The competition proved to be a great learning experience for the students and gave them a platform to explore their hidden talents.
