Description: IPS organized ‘INSTRUMENTAL FREAKS’, an online musical instrument playing competition for classes 6th to 12th. Although held online yet, the lockdown restrictions could not limit the exhibition of musical skills by the students who participated so enthusiastically. The audience witnessed a number of budding musicians on the occasion. The competition was held in two categories, Junior & Senior. The Students showcased their talent by playing Synthesizer, Harmonium, Conga, Drum, Guitar and Tabla etc. The students performed under the able guidance of their mentors Mr. Sanjay Goswami and Mr. Manoj Pandey.
Swastik Goswami, Dakshita Pandey,Tanmay Rao and Yatharth Mehra grabbed the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively but, others too were not far behind in winning hearts.
The Chairperson Dr. Geetika Balutia congratulated the winners and the school team and praised their musical contributions. The judges appreciated the students feeling happy to see them take interest in quality music. The school Principal Mr. Sanjeev Stephen blessed the students and wished them a bright future.
