Description: When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally. It comes from inside, like a kind of will to do something. Try to be sensitive. That is yoga. Yoga is the Practice that originated in India but is practised widely throughout!Due to the pandemic one may not be able to organise public programmes and events to commemorate this day in 2021.The International Yoga Day was celebrated on a virtual platform in Inspiration Public School. Teachers and students from classes V to XII performed different asanas under the guidance of PETs. Students from various classes shared their photos and videos. By performing various yogasanas students shared the importance and need of practising yoga to stay fit and healthy. International Yoga Day was a reminder to incorporate yoga in every day routine to enjoy a happy life and reduce the effects of stress and other physical ailments.
