Re-Recreational activity helps students in mental wellness and overall physical health. Participating in these activities helps manage stress.
Kids got to know the importance of staying fit with these activities.
Participation in such activities improves self-esteem, prevent obesity and decrease the risk of serious illness such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart diseases later in life. Students were encouraged to involve themselves in some or other activities to remain physically and mentally healthy.
