Description:
The school held the Investiture Ceremony on 30th August 2023 for the academic session 2023-24 with great enthusiasm. This momentous day of investing in the school council dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young leaders of the school to lead their school from front with their commitment, confidence, and competence.
The event began with a march past by the cabinet consisting of School-captains, Sports-captains, Vice-captains, Discipline-prefects, House-Incharges, and other School Prefects. The Principal, Mr. Anurag Mathur contributed to delegating responsibilities to the newly appointed office bearers by administering the school oath. He also motivated the students to spread the light of knowledge and pass on the rich legacy of IPS values to their juniors. The Chairperson Dr. Geetika Balutia, the Director Mr. Deepak Balutia, the Principal Mr. Anurag Mathur, the Vice-principal Ms. Mamta Taneja along with Ms. Gayatri Balutia, and various other teachers awarded the badge and sash to the newly appointed.
The Head Boy Chirayu Suntha and the Head Girl Kumkum Joshi shared their ideologies as school captains with promises to uphold the IPS values and morale. Hon'ble Chairperson inspired the students to perform their duties with utmost sincerity and discipline. The ceremony ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
The elected cabinet is as follows: Head Boy-Chirayu Suntha, Head Girl- Kumkum Joshi, School Vice-captain- Varnika Joshi, Sports Captain Boys- Karan Kamboj, Sports Captain Girls- Mahak Sharma, Sports Vice-captain Boys- Ayushman Rawat, Sports Vice-captain Girls- Lakshita Deopa, Cultural Club Incharge- Priyanshu Tiwari and Triguna Das, Discipline Prefect (Boys)- Tejasva Rawat, Discipline Prefect (Girls)- Kanak Maheshwari.
RED HOUSE Captain- Jaya Pokhariya, Vice Captain- Sahib Singh Jubbal, Prefects- Garvita Chaudhary, Ridhima Thagurati, Pavini Hairiya.
GREEN HOUSE Captain- Abhuday Airy, Vice Captain- Bhumika Purohit, Prefects- Manas Singh Pachhai, Vedant Bisht, Alankrita Upreti.
YELLOW HOUSE Captain- Arsh Siddiqui, Vice-captain- Akshat Kharakwal, Prefects- Ipshita Negi, Kavya Verma, Bhavin Joshi.
BLUE HOUSE Captain- Vishvesh Heria, Vice-captain- Pranav Joshi, Prefects- Abhay Mehra, Saiqa Hussain, Yashaswi Bhandari.
