Description:
A talk on Stress Management was Organized at Inspiration Sr. Sec. School on 13-Dec-19. The resource persons were Ms. Aleena Ali & Ms. Nishtha Bakshi from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi both work towards Mental Health, they are counselling psychologists & arts based therapists. Class XI attended the session were they were told about Health management, examination stress, focusing on strength method of study, the learning environment & finally how to cope up with stress & anxiety. It was an interactive session where the student also actively participated in the discussion.
