Inspiration Senior Secondary School's Class 12 Psychology students along with their mentor Ms Indu Sharma, participated in a distinctive outdoor learning experience, a #Pottery Studio visit, to explore art's therapeutic potential and creative expression. This hands-on activity enhanced their understanding of art as a potent tool for relaxation, mindfulness & emotional healing.
The engagement with clay therapy fostered self-awareness, facilitated emotional expression, cultivated patience and mindfulness, and promoted stress relief and creativity, underscoring art's role in overall well-being. The experiential learning opportunity effectively bridged psychological concepts with practical experience, highlighting the significant connection between art and psychology.
